Rebadging 26000 associates in less than 9 days for a leading Indian bank
The client is one of the largest private sector banks and financial institutions in India. With headquarter in Mumbai, the bank offers a spectrum of financial services such as corporate lending, trade finance, syndication, investment banking, and private banking to customer segments across large, mid-corporates, MSME, Agriculture, and Retail Businesses.
The Challenge
Gaps in transition led to workforce disruption
The client faced complications with rebadging of associates that were part of their acquisition from their platform to the one being used. They also had an extremely high attrition rate.
- Missing benefit management and transfer system
- Lack of real-time progress tracking systems
- Unplanned induction and training sessions
Our Solution
Building a cohesive and scalable transition framework
We developed fresh service-level-agreements in confirmation with the client, specifying the entry-exit strategy of the transition process. We also enabled associates on-ground as well as virtual with training and induction to understand the new regime.
- Designed and implement a new benefit management and transfer system to resolve existing challenges.
- Ensured real-time on boarding to the new system and exiting from the (previous system) to avoid employee grievance.
- Revised existing and added newer employee benefits to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Enabled access to new web portals to retain salary slips, form-16, and more.
- Rebadged 26000 employees across 300 locations in India
- Facilitated disbursement of 100% salaries as per original SLAs
- Completed the project in less than 9 days
