Ajit Isaac

Non-Executive Chairman

Ajit Isaac, the founder of Quess Corp, is an entrepreneur who over a period of 20 years, has been involved in creating market-leading enterprises in the business services sector in India. At Quess, and under his leadership, the Company is now a 5,11,000+ strong family, with ~US$ 2 Billion in revenues, and has accelerated the transition of informal jobs to formal platforms, helping bring financial and social security to many not-so-privileged sections of Indian society.

His initiatives in transformative deals, with a focus on operational efficiency and business development, have helped Quess scale rapidly. All these attributes culminated in Fairfax investing in Quess in 2013, and it continues to be the single largest shareholder of Quess. Socially committed, he set up Care Works Foundation, which today supports over 13,500 students across 75 schools.

His strong social commitment to the larger cause is demonstrated in the partnership with the Indian Institute of Science (IISC), Bangalore to set up The Isaac Centre of Public Health (ICPH). Along with Fairfax and Quess, he has also anchored the establishment of a pediatric specialty center in CMC Vellore. A gold medalist in PG-HR and a British Chevening Scholar from Leeds University, he has worked for 10 years in leadership roles in the private sector including companies like Adecco, IDFC, Godrej and Boyce, before becoming an entrepreneur in the year 2000. He serves on the Board of Allsec Technologies, Net Resources Investments and Isaac Enterprises LLP. In addition, he serves on the Board of Governors of the St. Joseph’s University in Bangalore.

Guruprasad Srinivasan

Non-Executive Chairman

Guruprasad is the Executive Director of the company. A founding member, he was the fourth employee of the company. He has more than 25 years of industry experience, including leadership roles at GE Health, Hewitt Associates and People One Consulting. Over the years at Quess, he has built the Work Force Management Platform to be an industry-leading one, set up the Shared Services Centre, integrated the Asset Management Business, and has been part of the team that takes key decisions at the corporate level. A natural leader, he has keen interest in photography and restoring Vintage vehicles.

 

Chandran Ratnaswami

Non-Executive Director
Chandran is a Non-Executive Director of the company since January 2016 and comes with over three decades of experience in investment management. He has driven business success in markets around the world, with an understanding of diverse business environments, economic conditions, cultures, and regulatory frameworks, and a broad perspective on global market opportunities.


Gopalakrishnan Soundarajan

Non-Executive Director
Gopal is a Managing Director at Hamblin Watsa Investment Counsel. He has leadership experience in handling financial management of various enterprises. He has an incisive ability to identify as well as address resolutions at organisations exposed to financial and business risks including exposure to legal and regulatory vagaries. Mr. Soundarajan also brings with him immense experience in corporate business strategy and capital allocation, a knowledge so useful in today’s environment where maximisation of shareholder value is of utmost concern.

 

Kalpathi Ratna Girish

Non-Executive, Independent Director
Over a span of 36 years, Girish has lent his considerable expertise to corporates in financial analysis and reporting, international taxation including that related to M&As, internal controls and business strategy. He also holds the flag in the areas of technology adoption for ERP and regulatory frameworks. Girish is much sought by corporates for his views on their business plans and for a second opinion on their strategic initiatives. He often advises corporates on the right capital allocation policy, keeping tax consequences and shareholder interests in mind. He has been involved with many large technology companies, particularly those with services as a major revenue stream. In today’s world where the importance of ESG cannot be overemphasised, he has provided critical inputs to corporates keen to address these global concerns.

 

Sudha Suresh

Non-Executive, Independent Director

Ms. Sudha Suresh is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, respectively. She is also an ICWA Graduate from the Institute of Cost & Work Accountants of India. Sudha is a finance professional with a rich experience of more than two decades in private and public companies, and a decade as a Practicing Chartered Accountant. She is the founder of Mani Capital and the founding partner of S. Rao & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Bangalore. She was the Managing Director and CEO (2017-2018) and Chief Financial Officer (2008-2017) of Ujjivan Financial Services Limited. In the past, she has served as the CFO/Finance Head for several organisations.

 

S Devarajan

Non-Executive, Independent Director
S. Devarajan (Dev) founded Transmation Consulting to provide Technology companies a platform to accelerate and transform their business strategies; to optimize operational efficiency, and fuel expansion & growth. The Strategic Management firm also helps take Tech Companies to the next level through a business transformation process and CXO mentoring. He has also served as a Director on the Board of Neilsoft Technologies and as a Chairman on the Board of ADC Communications Limited, a publicly listed company. He was a member of the Board of Trinity Mobility, whose majority holdings are with Honeywell.Dev was the CEO and Managing Director of Cisco Systems in India and managed Cisco’s largest R&D Centre established outside the USA. Prior to joining Cisco, he was the Managing Director of Tata Elxsi.Dev has served as the President of the Manufacturers Association for Information Technology (MAIT) and was a Charter Member of TiE. He was also a member of the IT Hardware Task Force and IT Vision Task Force set up by the Chief Minister of Karnataka. Dev holds B.Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

 

Vivek Mansingh

Non-Executive, Independent Director
Dr. Vivek Mansingh is a distinguished engineer and an accomplished entrepreneur with a rich academic and professional background. He graduated as a Gold Medallist engineer from NIT Allahabad, earned his PhD from Queen’s University, Kingston, Canada, and completed an Executive Business Management Program at Stanford University. He has been listed in the “National Who’s Who of the United States” in the year 2000. He has also received India’s highest Chanakya Innovative Leadership Award in 2012 from Public Relations Council of India and IT Man of the Year 2016 from Enterprise Connect, USA. Previously, he has also served as the President – Collaboration & Communications Group at Cisco, Chairman at AxisCades Technologies Limited, Head at Dell R&D, Managing Director at Ishoni Networks (Acquired by Philips), and, Portal Software (Acquired by Oracle) in India. He also held management positions in the USA in top tech companies like HP and Fujitsu in Silicon Valley, and he is also the founder of ATTI (Aavid). Dr. Mansingh is currently the General Partner of Your Nest VC Fund.

 

Lohit Bhatia

Chief Executive Officer

Lohit Bhatia is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Quess Corp, India’s largest and a global leader in staffing and workforce solutions. With over 25 years of multi-industry experience, Lohit is a seasoned and transformational industry leader who has played a pivotal role in shaping Quess’ growth story and influencing the evolution of India’s staffing ecosystem. He joined Quess in 2011 as General Manager – Sales (Staffing) and has since progressed through key leadership roles, including President – India & Global Operations.

Under his leadership, Quess has scaled its associate base from 13,000 to over 480,000, making it India’s No. 1 staffing organisation and the 4th largest globally by headcount. His strategic focus on operational excellence, technology-led delivery, and disciplined execution has been instrumental in positioning Quess 37th globally in the 2024 Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) rankings by revenue, one of the fastest ascents in the sector. Lohit has led and expanded the Workforce Management platform, which spans General Staffing, IT Staffing & Recruitment, Digital Compliance, Managed Services, and Skill Development, while actively driving margin expansion across both General Staffing and Professional Staffing verticals.

Neeraj Jain

Chief Financial Officer

Neeraj Jain is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Quess Corp, who brings over two decades of experience across global and complex markets. A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, he has built a distinguished career across large multinational organisations and high-growth start-ups across Technology, Services, Fintech, Manufacturing, and Pharma.  Prior to Quess, he served as Global CFO of Startek, a NYSE-listed company (now owned by Capital Square Partners, Singapore), where he was part of the executive leadership team overseeing operations across 12 countries. He played a pivotal role in Startek’s take-private journey, leading delisting, funding and restructuring initiatives, M&A, and large-scale business and technology transformation.

Neeraj also held senior leadership roles at Microsoft, Tech Mahindra, Comviva, and Convergys, leading global teams across Finance, IT, Legal, Procurement, Risk, and Compliance. He is a member of ASSOCHAM’s National Council of CFOs and co-founded Oxygen 4 India, delivering impact during the second wave of COVID-19.

Sunitha Karthikeyan

Senior Vice president and Head of HR
Sunitha Karthikeyan is a seasoned HR leader and currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for the Workforce Management platform. With over two decades of HR expertise and leadership, Sunitha guides our global teams across India, US, APAC, and Middle East. Since joining Quess in January 2017, Sunitha has been the driving force behind our HR success, orchestrating talent strategies and driving organizational excellence.

She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune, and a General Management Program in Business Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Sunitha started her career at Wipro Limited where she dedicated 16 years at the company excelling in variety of roles across India and the Middle East, showcasing expertise in change management, organizational integration, talent strategy, cross-cultural sensitivity, and HR business partnering.

Nitin Dave

Chief Executive Officer – Staffing Solutions

A multi-skilled global professional with over 25 years of experience with companies like TNT Express, G4S, and the Tenon Group, Nitin has expertise in general management, senior sales & marketing roles for different industries across multiple cultures and geographies throughout Europe and Southeast Asia; primarily in Netherlands, Singapore, Vietnam and India, bringing in diverse experience and perspective to the business.

Kapil Joshi

Chief Executive Officer – IT Staffing
Kapil Joshi is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience across IT services, workforce solutions, and the BFSI sector. As CEO of Quess IT Staffing, he leads the organisation’s strategic growth, innovation agenda, and global expansion, strengthening its position as a trusted partner for enterprise talent transformation.

He has built outcome-led workforce solutions for a diverse global client base across India and the APAC region. His expertise spans AI-led talent strategies and workforce optimisation, designed to help enterprises build future-ready capabilities.

Kapil is a strong advocate of digital transformation and customer-centric innovations, leveraging automation, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies to create scalable, impact-driven workforce models.

An alumnus of the Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School, he brings a blend of strategic foresight and operational depth. As an industry thought leader, he consistently shares insights and analyses on the future of work and technology-led talent ecosystems, shaping Quess IT Staffing’s long-term vision and sustainable growth trajectory.

Sanjay Shetty

Chief Business Officer Recruitment, GCC and International Services

Sanjay Shetty leads Quess’ Recruitment, GCC and International Services business, along with the GCC services, supporting global enterprises in building and scaling high-impact Global Capability Centres in India. With over two decades of leadership experience, including senior roles at Randstad India, he is known for enabling complex talent strategies at scale.

He holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from Pune University, an MBA in Marketing from the Canadian School of Management, and has completed the Senior Executive Program at INSEAD, Fontainebleau.

At Quess, Sanjay is shaping how GCCs are built and scaled through an integrated, end-to-end approach via Origint.

Vikas Srivastava

CBO, Singapore and Malasia

Vikas is the Country Manager, leading businesses across Workforce Management with Quess Corp Singapore. His portfolio includes General & IT Staff Augmentation, Selection & Services, Training & Skill Development, and Planning and Operations. With over 17 years of experience in various leadership roles, his expertise lies across Strategy, Business Development and Operations. Vikas is a National University of Singapore (NUS) alumnus and has also received a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business in collaboration with the MIT Sloan School of Management and Columbia Business School in 2019.

His last stint was with ManpowerGroup as Regional Director APAC, responsible for Global Clients and Operations for Experis, having worked with companies such as Ness, Azilon, and Nityo across sales and operations.

Karen Teo Bi Hong

Country Manager – Singapore
Karen Teo Bi Hong is the Country Manager of Quess Singapore, bringing over 18 years of experience in the recruitment industry. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.

Karen has a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in driving growth and operational excellence. Her core expertise spans Staffing, Executive Search, Managed Service Provider (MSP), and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). She has successfully managed key clients across various industries, consistently delivering exceptional results.

Before joining Quess Singapore, Karen served as the Director of Staffing for Adecco Singapore and later as the Managing Director, APAC for LMA Recruitment.

Zain Ahsan

Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Middle East
Zain is the Chief Operating Officer for Quess Middle East. One of the first few members to join Quess, Zain has been associated with the organisation since 2009. He has more than 15 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, and manpower outsourcing. He is an expert at devising strategies to increase sales, market share, and customer loyalty—and reduce costs, and employee turnovers while improving productivity, employee engagement, and customer service.

Zain is a Preston University California graduate and also has a degree from IIM-A in management development. Along with his role as the COO of Quess Middle East, he continues to contribute towards operations, delivery, HR, sales, and account management to various verticals of the organisation.

Dheeraj Vashisth

Country Manager – Lanka
Dheeraj joined Quess Corp six years ago and has staffing industry experience of over 15 years. He continues working towards solidifying client relationships via seamless management of client portfolios. His expertise lies in operations, client engagement, and equity management. He is known for establishing a sturdy foothold in the Northern Indian region for Quess Staffing Solutions before taking over as the DGM of Quess Sri Lanka.

Currently, he manages the overall business and drives the workforce in Sri Lanka to make Quess a preferred business partner for clients across industries. Dheeraj holds a degree in Economics from Punjab University.

Rajiv Bhatia

Country Manager – Malaysia
Rajiv Bhatia is the Country Manager of Quess Malaysia, with a specialized degree in Hotel Management and Business Administration. He is a seasoned leader renowned for driving growth, innovation, and profitability in the staffing and technology solutions sector.

Rajiv’s expertise includes strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership. He is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence and maximizing shareholder value while making a positive impact on employees, customers, and stakeholders.

Rajiv has previously held key leadership positions at Randstad Malaysia, Kelly Services Malaysia, and ManpowerGroup Malaysia, where he excelled in enhancing customer experience, strategic planning, and business growth

Dhaval Soni

Country Manager – Philippines
Dhaval Soni, a seasoned human resource professional, boasts over 15 years of extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. As the Country Manager at Quess Corp, he spearheads all talent acquisition activities in the Philippines. Dhaval’s expertise transcends conventional recruitment methods, encompassing hands-on experience in facilitating People Transitions through strategies such as Insourcing, Rebadging, and Targeted Sourcing. His diverse skill set enables him to craft innovative solutions for intricate talent acquisition challenges. Additionally, Dhaval demonstrates exceptional proficiency in project delivery and customer management, ensuring seamless and successful outcomes for his clients.

Nguyen Thi Kim Lien

General Director – Vietnam
She has over 15 years of experience in a range of departments, including marketing and sales, and has worked for companies like Woodchip, Shell Oil & Gas, and Lafarge Cement.

She also has nearly 10 years of experience with an HR outsourcing company, where she held the position of Operation Manager for Payroll & Staffing services.

She became the General Director in Vietnam after joining Quess VN in 2021.
