In continuation to our intimation dated April 17, 2019, we further wish to inform you that Quess Corp Limited (Quess) has today completed the acquisition of 100% equity in Greenpiece landscape India Private Limited (Greenpiece). Consequently, Greenpiece has become a wholly owned Subsidiary of Quess.
