Quess Corp expects a steady expansion of captive native units of global companies in India to boost its growth as they tap the staffing solutions provider to hire more young engineers to build capacity for their local operations. Ajit Isaac, chairman at Quess, said even though it has seen a slowdown in technology solutions business segment owing to lesser recruitment by IT service firms over the past year, expansion of captives both in tech and non-tech areas would open up future growth opportunities.
