Under QIP issueQuess Corp announced that the duly authorized Capital Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 18 August 2017 decided to allot 1,09,24,029 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to successful applicants at an issue price of Rs. 800 per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs. 873.92 crore, under QIP Issue.
