IKYA Human Capital Solutions announces the appointment of Chief Operating Officer

IKYA Human Capital Solutions Ltd., a diversified provider of business services today announced the appointment of TS Krishnakumar as Chief Operating Officer.
As part of his responsibilities Mr. KrishnaKumar will manage the HR Services (Recruitment,Search & General Staffing), Facility Management, Food Services and Skill Development businesses of IKYA. He will report to Chairman, Ajit Isaac and will be based out of Bangalore.
“Krishnakumar’s proven track record in managing complex & large projects with an unrelenting focus on execution and quality will certainly add impetus to our existing operations as we pursue market-share & profit leadership in each of the segments that we operate in” said Mr. Isaac on the appointment. “His overseas experience will also be beneficial as and when we chart our international expansion activities.”
Mr. KrishnaKumar joins IKYA from Wipro, where he spent 18 years in a variety of management & leadership roles in building competency practices, managing business units & strategic accounts with Sales and P&L responsibilities. He was last responsible for managing Wipro Infotech’s Enterprise Application Services & Large Programmes division and has handled a diverse set of responsibilities that have included relationship management, project delivery, quality management, sales and functional consulting across geographic regions including India, the Middle East and Australia. In addition to his time at Wipro, he was previously associated with Ramco Systems and Hindustan Powerplus (A CK Birla – Caterpillar JV).
Mr.KrishnaKumar holds a Masters in Technology degree and has completed an Advanced Programme Management Course from Stanford University. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
